Kids Build

Kids Build events are free workshops for children ages 5–12. Youngsters will enjoy making projects with wood and meeting professional Carpenters at these weekend events. Not available at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions.

PNCI staff and NW Carpenters Union members will be on hand to help children do their projects and learn new skills. Projects may include the following: keepsake box, small bench, bookends, toolbox, pinewood derby car, key holder/jewelry hanger, candy dispenser, planter, or birdhouse. Children will be able to take their projects home to enjoy, along with a certificate of project completion.

Find PDX Kids Build on EventBrite and follow NW Kids Build on Facebook to be notified about upcoming events in Portland.
